You can configure up to four questions, with a limit of 80 characters for each of them. To activate this functionality, go to the configuration of your commercial or content creator account and select the frequently asked questions menu. Then, activate the Show FAQ field and click add question to finish the configuration.
New: Messenger API for Instagram
Instagram has just launched the Messenger API integration for Instagram for Latin American companies. With this, Instagram allows the automation of more messages, optimizing the interaction time also in direct messages, enhancing sales and service results through chat.
